| I once saw this on a phone line cable that had a swivel. Hard to describe, but I'll try. Since the goal is to maintain contact between two wires that rotate in a circle: Make a circle out of bare wire. Diagram - O <-- that's a circle of wire. Now all you have to do is develop a way of keeping another wire connected to the bare wire circle on all points of the circle. That is, if you make a point of wire (diagram - . <--- point of wire) stay in contact with your circle of bare wire, you can swivel it around 360 degrees as many times as you want and it will always remain in contact (the dot of wire will always be touching the circle or wire). Of course, you'd have to make more circle paths of different radii to allow more wires to be connected through the system.
